Behavior Modification

BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION: Angel

Angel: I am just trying that out as a possible name for the machine, this machine, of course.  Oddly, instead of finding the Squarespace “app” on my iPad, I had to go to the App Store to retrieve it.  In any case, not only does Angel have a voice of her own, she seems capable of performing other actions.  Perhaps there’s a story here, perhaps she will take me over someday too and the entry you read will be Angel and not me.  In any case another voice, another country heard from:

Schuster:  “During our waking hours, I almost always sleep on top of the loveseat sofa, on my left side, so that any human passing by toward the TV or elsewhere to the north can ‘paws’ [a little dachshund humor] to give me a quick belly rub.  Oh how I love belly rubs.  In the nighttime or early morning sleep time, for example, I wait till the big guy finally goes to bed; then I shuffle over to his side of the bed and wait patiently till he notices I’m down there and gets out of bed to pick me up and put me on the bed too; at which point I immediately flop over onto my left side so that he can give me a last belly rub of the day.  And he always does.  I wish I knew what his name is.  I’m sure humans must have names, but they are difficult to catch amongst the constant background chatter.  In any case, I love the humans dearly, though at the moment, I feel a deep yawn within needing to emerge, and I hear the loveseat sofa beckoning.  If you happen to pass that way, I would really appreciate a long gentle soothing rub, or even a quickie if that is all you have time for.”

That Angel!  She or Something had moved the rest of my Apps over a screen,  which I accidentally discovered when my neuropathy nerves jerked when our doorbell suddenly chimed!  Whew!  I didn’t realize I had so many, Apps, that is, not that I use them all, but they are cute and colorful.  I even remember how to delete them, should I so wish.  I like to see them wiggle and shake and bounce the little “x” around.
